HOT FUDGE SAUCE FOR MICROWAVE 
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash salt
1/2 c. water (room temp.)
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients in 1 quart casserole. Stir in water. Cook on full power 45 seconds. Stir, cook another 45 seconds. Blend in butter, cook on high for 15 seconds, stir. Cook another 15 seconds. Blend in vanilla. Stir thoroughly.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
