3 CHIP CHOCOLATE COOKIES 
2 1/2 c. oats, uncooked, put in electric blender for 30 seconds or until oats turn to powder
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. dark rum
6 oz. semi sweet chocolate (Nestle Toll House)
6 oz. milk chocolate (Treasure Premier White)
6 oz. white chocolate (Deluxe baking pieces)
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix oats, flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Then cream butter and sugars, add beaten eggs, vanilla and dark rum. Blend all ingredients, then add chips and nuts. Shape into 1" balls. Place 3" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes in 350 degree oven.
