(I am including 2 sweet potato recipes--different but both so very good. This one is mine; the other is a combination of Leslie and Sam's since theirs were so similar.)

Slice 6 cooked sweet potatoes into baking dish; pour syrup over potatoes; bake 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes basting occasionally--serves 6.

SYRUP: 1 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup Karo syrup, 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 teaspoon salt--bring to boil.
