OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN STRIPS 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash of garlic powder
2 chicken breasts, cut into strips

Heat oven to 425°F. Melt butter in oven in 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix all other ingredients, except chicken, in large bowl. Coat chicken in flour mixture. Place in baking dish.

Bake 15 minutes. Flip and bake 15 minutes more.

For easy clean up: Mix dry ingredients in plastic food bag. Add chicken strips to coat.
