ORANGE CANDIED SWEET POTATOES 
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
6 med. potatoes, or 2 (17 oz.) cans sweet potatoes, drained

Steam potatoes in small amount of water 15 minutes or until half done. Combine remaining ingredients and cook until a thin syrup is formed. Put potatoes in casserole; spread with the glaze. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes, basting occasionally. Serves 8.
