2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can chopped green chilies
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
2 cans hominy
2 cans stewed tomatoes
2 cans Ranch style beans
1 can Rotel tomatoes
3 c. water

Brown meat and onions. Add all other ingredients including liquids from all canned ingredients. Simmer and serve with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese and tortilla chips.
