CINNAMON ROLLS 
DOUGH:

1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
1 egg
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. salt

FILLING:

1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts (optional)

FROSTING:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
3-6 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla

In food processor, dissolve yeast in water. Add all of the other ingredients and process with mixing blade until dough forms into ball. Place in covered greased bowl and allow to rise for 1 hour.

Then roll dough out in a 9x13 inch rectangle. Spread with softened butter. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon combined. Sprinkle with raisins and nuts. Roll up and make 12 (1 inch) slices and place in greased 9x13 inch pan. Cover. Allow to rise 1 hour or refrigerate to next morning. Allow to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes, if refrigerated. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Combine frosting ingredients and drizzle on while warm.
