CINNAMON ROLLS 
4 1/2 c. flour or 5 c.
2 pkgs. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs or 4 yolks
1 tsp. lemon rind
1/3 c. butter

Mix flour, yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar; let soften 10 minutes. Add hot water. Beat egg, add half flour with butter, cold spices. Knead into dough.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. white corn syrup
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
