BELVEAL CINNAMON ROLLS 
Oven at 360 degrees. Yields: 40-45 rolls.

1 1/2 tbsp. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar

Combine and set aside.

Melt:

1 cube butter
2/3 c. honey
3 c. hot water

Set aside.

Combine:

3 eggs
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. dry powdered milk
1 c. canned milk
1/4 c. dry potato flakes

Stir in butter-butter, honey, hot water mixture. Mix well. Add yeast mixture. Mix well. Slowly add flour (10-12 cups), enough to make SOFT dough. Place in greased bowl and let rise to double (cover bowl). Punch down and let rise again. Punch down and roll out on a floured surface to 1/2 inch thick. Spread 1 cube softened butter on dough.

Sprinkle with liberal amount of brown sugar combined with 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, raisins, and walnuts (if desired). Roll up and slice (with string) into 3/4 - 1 inch rolls. Let rise. Bake in 360 degree oven for 12-13 minutes. Don't overbake.

FROSTING:

1/2 cube butter
5 tbsp. canned milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar
Lemon extract

Frost while hot!
