CINNAMON ROLLS
Dissolve 3 packages yeast in small bowl in 1 cup warm water (105 to 115 degrees). Set aside. In a large mixing bowl, mix:

1 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water

Mix in microwave until shortening melts. Slightly beat 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon salt and add to above mixture. Add dissolved yeast - stir all ingredients. Gradually add 6 cups flour.

Put in refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight.

To roll dough: Flour surface and rolling pin. Cut dough in half and roll. Mix cinnamon and sugar to your liking. Melt 2 tablespoons butter. Pour melted butter on top to cover. Don't have it runny. Pour cinnamon sugar mix on top and roll. Cut in 1 inch slices. Put in prepared pan with cut sides up. Let rise again. Bake at 375 degrees in greased pan for 15 to 20 minutes. Watch carefully.

FROSTING:

2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter (heaping)
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring all ingredients to a full boil - stir often until thick. Pour over rolls.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
