CARAMEL FILLING 
3 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. brown sugar
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix brown sugar and flour then add rest of ingredients. Cook in double boiler until thick. Cool. Spread on cool cake or between layers of layer cake. Cover with chocolate or 7 minute frosting.
