CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage (optional)
1 lb. ground meat
1 can Rotel tomatoes, diced
1 c. rice (raw)
1 c. water
1 med. head cabbage (wedges)
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 can tomato sauce

Combine Rotel tomatoes, tomato sauce, rice, water, onion, cabbage in rice cooker. Cut sausage into bite size brown and drain, brown ground meat an drain. Add sausage and ground meat to rice cooker. Turn rice cooker on and let cook until cabbage is tender and rice is cooked.
