PORK CHOPS AND SAUERKRAUT | |
4 pork chops 1 can kraut 1 chopped apple Brown sugar Horseradish Brown pork chops; drain off grease. Drain kraut. Place 1/2 of kraut in baking dish. Top with apple. Lay pork chops on top of layer of kraut and apple. Spread chops with brown sugar and horseradish, add remainder of kraut. Bake covered for 30 minutes. Remove lid; bake uncovered 30 minutes. |
