POSY'S BARBEQUE HAMBURGERS 
2 lbs. hamburger
Salt & pepper to taste
1 med. onion, cut up
1/2 c. celery
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. tomato juice
2 tbsp. barbeque sauce (Open Pit)

Brown hamburger with onion in pan. Add all of the remaining ingredients and mix well. Simmer 30 minutes.

It isn't the load that weighs us down, it's the way we carry it.

This was a good recipe, one which I will use again. I also added some molasses because it seemed a bit vinegary.
