CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. frozen peas
1 c. sauteed celery and few onions sauteed
1 c. chicken rice soup
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. c. mushrooms, drained
1 sm. can Pet evaporated milk
5 oz. chow mein noodles

Reserve a few noodles for the top. Mix all together. Sprinkle few noodles on top or wait until just about baked. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered.
