2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. vanilla

Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Mix wet ingredients then slowly add the dry. Knead together and chill until firm enough to be rolled, about 2 to 3 hours. Roll out on a floured surface and use cookie cutters. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake at 400 degrees for about 6 to 10 minutes until golden brown on edges.
