TUNA OR SALMON LOAF 
1/2 c. light mayonnaise
1 c. cream of celery soup
2 egg whites
1/2 c. onion (chopped fine)
1/4 c. green pepper (chopped fine)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. flaked salmon or 1 lg. can tuna
1 c. fine dried bread crumbs

Mix ingredients and place in an 8 x 4 x 2 1/2 inch pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
