TUNA OR SHRIMP LOAF 
1 can tomato soup
2 env. plain gelatin
2 pkgs. cream cheese
1 onion, minced fine
1 green pepper, cut fine
Stalk of celery, cut fine
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can shrimp or tuna or salmon

Heat the soup, gelatin and cream cheese in top of double boiler and beat until smooth. Cool. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into mold. Chill.
