TUNA FISH LOAF 
2 cans tuna fish
1 c. fine bread crumbs
4 tbsp. butter
1 egg, slightly beaten
Salt and pepper
1 c. warm milk

Combine ingredients. Steam or bake in buttered mold. Set in pan of hot water in moderate oven (350 degrees). Cover with Philadelphia cream cheese, softened with salad dressing and cream to spreading consistency.
