TUNA LOAF 
1 c. tuna
1 c. soft bread
1/2 c. hot milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
2 tbsp. chopped celery
2 tbsp. melted butter

Mix ingredients and pour into buttered baking dish. Bake 30 minutes in oven. Let stand five minutes to loosen edges. Serve with a mushroom sauce or cream of mushroom soup.
