CRABCAKES 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. onion, grated
1/2 c. grated bread crumbs (4 slices)

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. celery
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 eggs, beaten
1 lb. crabmeat

Form patties and chill a few minutes. Dip in dry bread crumbs or flour and fry in cooking oil 6 to 8 minutes each side.
