HAM AGAIN! 
1/2 lb. ham, cut into strips
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
6 oz. can mushrooms, drained
Cooked rice or noodles

Start cooking rice or noodles. Saute onion until tender. Add ham strips and brown. Sprinkle flour over it and stir it in. Make sure heat is low. Then gradually stir in the sour cream and mushrooms. Stir for a few minutes until the mixture thickens. Of course, you saute the onions in butter. Keep the heat low or the sour cream will curdle. Leftover pork or beef can also be used.
