HAM BALLS 
1 lb. ground ham
1 lb. lean hamburger or raw ground turkey
1 c. crushed cracker crumbs (half graham, half soda)
3/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. chopped onion

Combine ingredients, mix thoroughly. Make into balls and put in 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1 c. catsup
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. vinegar

Mix topping ingredients together and pour over meatballs. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
