SPICED HAM BALL 
1 c. boiled ham, chopped fine
3 green onions (chop greens only)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Fresh parsley flakes, chopped

Mix all except parsley flakes. Make into ball. Roll in parsley and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with crackers (Wheat Thins are best).
