HAM BALLS 
1 lb. ground lean pork
2 lb. ground smoked ham
2 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
2 eggs
Pepper to taste

Shape above ingredients into 2 inch balls. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn.

GLAZE WITH:

1 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. horseradish
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 c. brown sugar

Bake another 45 minutes.
