HAM BALL 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 cans Hormel tender chunk ham
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley flakes
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Beat cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in next five ingredients until smooth. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Form into a ball and roll in chopped nuts. Serve with your favorite crackers.
