HAM BALLS 
2 1/2 lbs. ground ham
2 lbs. lean fresh pork
1 lb. hamburger
3 beaten eggs
3 c. crushed graham crackers
2 c. milk

Mix and form 25 balls. Place in shallow baking dish and cover with the following sauce: 2 1/4 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. vinegar 2 tsp. dry mustard

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
