1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Chocolate kisses

Blend together shortening, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, milk and vanilla. Add flour, soda and salt. Roll dough in 1 inch balls and roll in sugar. Bake 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Immediately after removing from oven, press a chocolate kiss into center.
