2 boxes powdered sugar 1 stick butter 1 can sweetened condensed milk 2 c. chopped pecans Cream butter and add sugar and condensed milk. When mixture is too thick to mix with beater, add remaining sugar by hand then add chopped nuts. Form into balls and store in deep freeze several hours until chilled. Melt chocolate in double boiler (dip candy balls using toothpicks into melted chocolate) hardens immediately. Place on wax paper refrigerate until hard. I put nuts in half and make half plain. They taste like butter creams. |
