QUICK OAT CAKE 
1 cup quick cook oats
6 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/3 cups powdered milk
4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 mashed bananas

Bake in one layer cake pan for 20 minutes at 375°F. Variation: Replace bananas with 2 cups drained pineapple or 2 cups cooked apples.

Makes 4 servings.
