MIX NUT BRITTLE 
3 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. water
2 c. pecans
2 c. walnuts
2 c. peanuts
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, corn syrup and water in a pan. Cook over low heat to 270 degrees. Sir in nuts and cook to 300 degrees. Remove from heat. Stir in butter, soda, salt and vanilla. Pour into 2 warm buttered 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pans and spread to edges of pans. Cool. Break into desired sizes.
