SEAFOOD LOVER'S DELIGHT 
8-12 oz. linguine
3 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. minced parsley
1 red pepper, cored, seeded & slivered
1 lb. scallops
4 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated

1. Cook linguine according to package directions (use the greater amount for pasta lovers).

2. Melt butter in a large skillet, add garlic, parsley and red pepper. Stir over medium for 2 minutes.

3. Add scallops and cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

4. Remove scallops with a slotted spoon and spoon over pasta.
