ORANGE LOVERS CAKE (Or Muffins) 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. Quaker oats (quick or old fashioned uncooked)
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 10 inch tube pan. In large bowl, beat together sugar, butter and eggs until light and fluffy. Blend in 1/2 cup orange juice, water and 2 teaspoons orange peel; mix well. Add combined flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt; mix well.

Pour into prepared pan. Bake 45-50 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Drizzle over completely cooled cake, or muffins, the following combined ingredients: 3-4 tsp. orange juice 1 tsp. orange peel

Note: Or Substitute greased Bundt pan. Decrease baking time by 5 minutes; increase cooling time to 30 minutes. Before removing from pan or I like to make muffins for Easter brunch. Pour into baking cups and bake for 30-45 minutes or until golden brown.
