SESAME CHICKEN TERIYAKI 
2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp. water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
6 oz. boned, skinless chicken breast, cut into 3/4" strips
1/4 tsp. sesame seed

For marinade, in a small mixing bowl combine sauce, water, garlic and ginger. Stir in chicken. Let stand 20 minutes at room temperature, stirring occasionally. Drain. Thread chicken accordion style on 4 (6") skewers. Place on unheated rack of a broiler pan. Broil 4" to 5" from heat for 3 minutes, turn, broil on other side for 2 to 3 more minutes until chicken is tender. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Makes 2 servings.
