PASTA PROVENCAL 
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. sliced mushrooms
3 c. sliced zucchini
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
2 c. cooked macaroni
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Saute first 5 ingredients in oil for 3 minutes. Add salt and next 4 ingredients. Stir well. Bring mixture to boil. Remove from heat. Add noodles and cheese. Toss gently and serve.
