1 sm. pkg. instant pistachio pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (use juice)
3 1/2 oz. coconut
1 c. mini marshmallows

Stir all the ingredients together. Let it set overnight in refrigerator. Serve the next day.
