CHICKEN SUPREME 
4 oz. butter, melted
1 pkg. (sm.) Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
3 c. bite-size cooked chicken (6 breast halves)
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup

Melt butter. Stir stuffing mix well. Combine chicken, water chestnuts, soup, celery and mayonnaise and place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread stuffing mixture on top and drizzle melted butter over stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. I put foil over lightly. Serves 10.
