MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 lbs. macaroni, cooked
1 qt. half & half
1/2 can evaporated milk
1/2 lb. mild cheese
1/2 lb. sharp cheese
1/2 lb. extra sharp cheese
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese (topping)
6 eggs
Salt
Pepper

Use a large deep baking pan. Grate all three cheeses. Put macaroni into a large bowl or pot. Beat eggs, and add to macaroni with the half and half, grated cheese and one stick of butter (sliced). Grease the pan with the butter; pour the macaroni mixture into the pan. Sprinkle grated cheese across the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
