LITE CHEESECAKE 
1 graham cracker crust
Sm. pkg. vanilla pudding (sugar free)
1 1/2 c. milk
8 oz. lite cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. lite Cool Whip
Lite cherry pie filling

Mix pudding and milk, then add cream cheese and butter. Cream together. Add Cool Whip. Mix well and pour into pie crust. Top with cherry pie filling and refrigerate for 2 hours.
