1 can cherry pie filling
1 can crushed pineapple
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 lg. container Cool Whip or 2 pkgs. Dream Whip
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Mix together, pour into 9"x11" container and freeze.
