FRUIT & GRANOLA PARFAITS 
3/4 c. sliced ripe banana
1/2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/4 c. finely chopped fresh pineapple
2 c. vanilla low-fat yogurt
1/2 c. low-fat granola with raisins
4 fresh strawberries

Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; toss gently. Spoon 1/4 cup banana mixture into each of 4 (8 ounce) parfait glasses; top each with 1/2 cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon granola, 1/4 banana mixture, 1/4 cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon granola, and 1 strawberry.

Yield: 4 servings.
