FLOATING FRUIT PARFAITS 
1/2 c. sliced strawberries
3/4 c. boiling water
1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello brand Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
3/4 c. ice cubes
1 c. plus 6 tbsp. thawed Cool Whip
Whipped Topping

Divide fruit among 6 parfait glasses. Stir boiling water into gelatin until dissolved in bowl. Stir in cold water and ice cubes until ice melts. Pour 3/4 cup gelatin over strawberries in glasses. Refrigerate 20 minutes until set but not firm. Stir 1 cup whipped topping into remaining gelatin with whisk until smooth. Spoon over gelatin in glasses. Refrigerate 1 hour. Garnish with remaining whipped topping.
