STRAWBERRY PARFAIT PIE 
1 (9 inch) pie crust
1 pkg. sugar free strawberry Jello
3/4 c. hot water
2 c. ice cubes
1 pt. Cool Whip
2 c. sliced strawberries

Bake one pie crust from your favorite recipe. Dissolve Jello in ht water. Add ice cubes and stir until melted. Remove any that do not melt. Stir in Cool Whip and strawberries. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate 1 hour before cutting.
