STRAWBERRY PARFAIT PIE 
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 1/4 c. hot water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 c. sliced strawberries
Prepared pie shell

Dissolve Jello in hot water, spoon in ice cream and stir until melted. Put in refrigerator until thickened, but not set. Fold in 1 cup drained strawberries. Pour into prepared pie shell. Chill until firm.
