FRUIT PARFAITS 
2 med. pears, cored and coarsely chopped (1 1/2 c.)
2 med. oranges, peeled, sectioned and cut into bite size pieces (1 3/4 c.)
1 med. banana, sliced (1 c.)
1 c. strawberries, sliced
1 1/2 c. raspberries
3/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

In large bowl combine fruits. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients; pour over fruits and mix well. Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally, about 2 hours. Spoon into parfait glasses and cover with marinade.

Makes 6 servings.
