RAISIN NUT CAKE | |
3/4 lb. butter 2 c. sugar 1/2 c. thick syrup 6 eggs 1 tsp. baking soda 4 c. flour 1 1/2 lb. raisins 1 qt. chopped pecans 1 tsp. cloves 1 tsp. allspice 1 tsp. cinnamon In syrup mix the soda and mix well. Mix first 5 together and mix well. Then add the spices and nuts and raisins. Spoon in well greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours. Turn out on plate and let cool well. |
