PECAN-RAISIN BARS 
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. all-purpose flour
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. light or dark corn syrup
1/4 c. unsulfured molasses
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. broken pecans
1 c. seedless raisins

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix 1 cup sugar, butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 egg. Sift in flour. Press dough in ungreased 13"x9" pan. Bake until edges are light brown, about 15 minutes.

Beat 3 eggs, 2/3 cup sugar, the corn syrup, molasses and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir in pecans and raisins, pour over crust. Bake until set, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely, loosen edges from side of pan. Cut into bars.
