RAISIN AND PECAN PIE 
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. raisins
3 eggs
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil raisins until tender; drain. Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
