RAISIN PECAN PIE 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. raisins
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in raisins and pecans and vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 or 45 minutes.
