SPINACH - BACON SALAD 
1/2 lb. bacon
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. catsup
2 c. water chestnuts, diced
2 lb. spinach, torn
1 c. bean sprouts, drained
1 Bermuda onion, sliced
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped

Cook bacon crisp; drain and crumble. Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and catsup in blender container; blend well. Combine bacon and all remaining ingredients; toss with dressing. If you don't like spinach, this recipe will change your mind!
